Wesley Davis showed us a Honda Pilot Touring and Pilot Elite. We test drove both vehicles and decided on a Pilot Elite if we could make a deal and get the color we wanted. In came Patrick Grainger the Sales Manager which after going over a deal that I wanted a vehicle of a different color than they had in stock. Patrick searched until he found a vehicle of my liking in transit to an Atlanta Dealer. Patrick contacted the dealer to arrange a of trade of Vehicles when it arrive. Grainger sent a Driver to Atlanta with the trade vehicle to pick up my new vehicle. Once at the Grainger, they did their acceptance and completed the package installation that I chose. We then saw Vern in Finance, and it was one of the most easiest and pleasant time in the finance office to purchase our Vehicle. Thank You Grainger Honda Team for a pleasant Vehicle Purchase.
