Aubrey… Killed it. This guy was patient and not aggressive. He sat their patiently With compassion and concern, and listened attentively to address my moms questions appropriately and promptly. He honest.and saw straight through Suzanne’s tough mean bargaining words and killed her with kindness and knowledge. Suzanne at last felt safe when Aubrey let her know that about that little hole in the back of the console was for…. He didn’t know…... She was defeated and so that she smacked me before she gave me my new car. Thank you, Aubrey.

I very rarely see dealerships have the owner walking the floor and shaking hands with customers. When I witnessed this at Grainger you could see the culture he set forth reverberated through out the business. I can not say enough good things about this dealership and our salesperson Wesley Davis.

Bought my used KIA from Grainger Honda. Picked out the car online, setup a test drive. Car was ready and waiting when I arrived . A couple of turns around the block and I knew I liked it, and decided to buy it. The specialist - Brian -helped me with the infotainment System after the purchase. Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and professional. A comfortable and easy buying experience.
